Well my brother was driving the maxima and he was making a left turn out of the subdivision when a drunk driver could not negotiate his right turn and plowed in the driver side of the car. The drunken man backed up and quickly sped off. My brother was ok. I must say that the 2000 maxima is a pretty safe car. With all the damage that was done to the car it held up pretty well. We have now cought the man and he had opened cases of beer and beer bottles inside of his car. All that is left is the police to handle the rest. I will have pics soon, and please when you drink don't drive.

damnit, i swear. Drunk drivers should get an attempted murder anytime they plow into anyone. It's alright to get drunk, but not drive

not for me i can drive whenever i want because i don't drink, And i hate drunk driver, i mean why drink if you want to drive at least wait till you get home and then drink. Glad your brother is ok man....

glad to hear your brother is doing ok. hes very lucky. i think that if you are in an accident and under the influence of alchohal then u should be jailed for quite some time, instead of a ticket and if you get a mean cop ur license gets suspended. the states are way to lenient on drunk driving. just my .02

not in NY... now they take your car with a DWI. thats how it should be. youre not responsible enough to drive when youre sober, you dont get to drive at all.

Glad to hear your brother was not harmed and doing well. See that is one reason I do not drink...it impairs your judgment and motor skills. But hey to each his own as long as they do not drive.
