They were able to get a little over 3mm, put a shorter shaft in and cut in on the edges... proflow is on the left and oem is on the right. Enjoy!

yes but i'll wait for more skilled hands then myself. they don't calibrate the tps, my used one didn't have a sensor on it so it wasn't sent either. Any helpful tips Dan?
Price is normally $190 but the group buy got 20% off.

do they calibrate the TPS or would u have to do it..or do they instruct u to take off the TPS before shipping it in?

What is the extra nipple on the new TB? I ordered one that is supposedly from a 98 I30 and it doesn't have that extra one on the bottom, I am not sure about on my stock 96 one, but I think it does. On the one I got, there are 2 coolant lines, and one vacuum line that is plugged with a rubber stopper.

I think the bored out TB is from a 99 Maxima. I noticed that extra nipple on those years. It's capped so it's not in use on the 99's, just like in these pics.

Keven is right. The one on the left looks just like mine. I have a spare 1999 with a busted TPS. I believe the Auto TB and the manual TB are different. Since I don't have a manual TB to compare with, I have no idea the difference are.

I know someone used a Pathfinder Throttle body and modded it into a 4th Gen. From what I undersatnd (I could be wrong) this is not a very difficult mod to have even if you have to fabricate a throttle body or use one from a different car. So we know you can "bore out" the stock one, we know you can use the pathfinder one on a max...any body evr check into use a G35, 300ZX, or even 350Z throttle body on a max? Would be interesting to know if even had a chance at working!?
