Noises coming from FSTB bar

I've started hearing some noises coming from my FSTB bar. It's sorta a scratchy noise, kinda like the sound you hear when a muffler scraps the ground lightly. Is anyone else getting something like this? I've heard of some noise problems with RSB but not FSTB bars. Anyone know what's wrong with my car?

Either this or if you have the round courtesey nissan style bar then it may rub on the hood liner. I had the problem with it rubbing one of the (vaccume lines?) and it made a scratching noise everytime I hit the gas because the engine moves, causing it to rub. just move things around until nothing is touching the fstb

I think it was rubbing on one of the rubber hoses when I installed it. I tried moving it over but the metal bracket that holds it in place wouldn't let much room for movement. I'll see what I can do with that and see if that fixes anything.
