We all know how nissan was going to hell and renault had to help em etc... Well it was reported in car and driver that in the first half of 2000 they made 1.6 billion in profit which is way better than the 2.9 billion in losses the year before. So now when honda guys use the "Nissan is going bankrupt" arguement to prove hondas superiority you can tell them whats up

Remember that this is only the first quarter Nissan has been profitable in like seven years. I hope they can keep in the black, but car sales are dropping due to our slowing economy, and the bulk of Nissan's sales are in the US, so it is questionable whether Nissan can maintain profitability.
