Painting springs

I am buying Progress springs (to go with AGXs), but not really liking their color. Has anyone repainted their springs? If so, how, and how much if a shop is going to do it. I'll most likely go with black color.

I can see mine every now and again at the right angle, but orange and yellow looks pretty good on dark colors

My springs are purple.. You can't even see them when it's dropped.

can of rustoleum and spray it before you put them on if you still want to.
