I hope no one sent in their ECU and money if they really are going under. Why? You'll never get your money or ECU back. I heard the same thing about them going under....I think it was on LS1.com of all places.

The ecu deal is not through them anymore

I heard they were having trouble. robert is at Erick's racing engines now and they are handling the deal, so nothing to worry about.

Bankrupt. man you guys are nuts.

the deal is not going thru UPRD anymore, but it's still going through.

man you gotta back off this ecu thing . its like you're so down right against it, but yet, you've never even seen it in person, nor have you seen the results in person,

sorta like the same stuff u said about the UDP..

huh.. interesting.

bias before proof

Whoa....you better rethink that statement Cheston. Look at yourself, you're jumping to conclusions. Where in my post did I "knock" the ECU or UDP. What I think about the UPRD and UDP is meaningless to this post. You need stop taking everything personally when it comes to debate.

He asked a question. I answered. Simple as that.

Their Rod Millen merger failed, the owner/manager of UPRD is pulling out of their contacts, and they are under severed reconstruction.

first off, saying that all those who mailed money to them aer going to lose their money is just stupid.

the reason why i brought up the UDP is to make my case that you're one thick-headed person that makes biased remarks without first hand proof.

i dont really like you that much, some of your comments toward certain topics on this board is not necessary, and i really dont think you should say some of the stuff that you do, because some how you come off acting like you know-it-all in every topic that you post about...

just my peev. and i'm glad i could share it with you.

Just thought I would post this message before thia thread gets locked too. Lets make this as simple as possible. If you have a problem with ANY poster, send them E-Mail if at all possible. I keep reading post after post with people *****ing about how stupid other people are. This ends up killing off legitmate posts/threads before the question posed gets answered. You bought a Maxima/I30, you can't be too stupid.

That sounds bitter......I understand your point. And, yes, I am watching carefully and may possibly lock/move.....sorry if you don't like it, but the recent actions by posters has made this necessary....

Agreed, but as moderator, I have to make sure that PRODUCTIVE posts are expanded upon and not flame wars. The easiest way for me to do this is to stop the flame wars before they REALLY get started. Unfortunately, that can translate into stopping a "promising" thread.....

Many times, they are stupid.

You bought a Maxima/I30, you can't be too stupid.

Don't count on that....

Typically when a company goes under, they are held to nothing. They've got no money therefore getting your money back is near impossible, especially when you live in another state.

I'm sorry you feel that why about me. I take nothing personally. You should try it. It makes your life a whole lot easier. Maybe you don't like me because I ask questions you can't answer and maybe I've got experience in things you don't. Remember, the things you don't like about people usually are a reflection of what you don't like about yourself.

bankrupt

When I was out at the sema-nopi show in long beach a few weeks ago, I met the guys who took over UPRD. There a great bunch of guys and they told me they're making your group deal one of their priorities!! Don't worry about your money because these guys are cool!!
