[b]I ordered some mud flaps from this gentleman about 2hrs ago for my pearl white maxima and this is the second experience i've had dealing with him and all the rumours are true... Dave Burnette kicks ***. I only wish i dealt with his level of professionalism on a daily basis. Professoionalism might be a bit too business-like, as he has a very human personality that is quite evident. I'm not trying to brown nose or kiss his rear in any manner...His service is something to brag about. I choose to use Southpoint mainly cause of the customer service that Dave Burnette (and Southpoint) provides.

Sometimes, all you ever hear is negative customer service...Like they say, whenever you have a bad experience, you tell ten people...whenever you have a good one, you tell maybe one or two. Well, i'm telling a website of 700+? members.

That's great! How much were the mudflaps? I've seen them for $29.99 a pair.

That's a good price for painted mudflaps. The ones I saw were the factory black color.

Yeah Dave is great -- just the other day I called him to see if Nissan's parts warranty covers my AE Shift **** that is peeling after only a month of use. It wasn't, but he is sending me a new one anyway -- GREAT SERVICE!!!

Thanks for the kind words, guys- I'm just a car nut that likes good service when I buy something-I figure my customers deserve the same. There's nothing I enjoy more than jawing with another enthusiast-I'll talk your ear off if you're not careful!
Regards, David Burnette
