tokico install

i installed the tokicos. everything is cool except, the drivers side strut is rattling over bumps, i must of did something wrong. sounds like something is loose. but over smooth roads no noise.the notch is facing outward, i guess i'll take it off tomorrow and re do it. any ideas what could be messed up.

What notch are you referring to?

Did u use a torque wrech when you tightened everything back?

no. there are only a few bolts that need to be TIGHT. the 2 bottom knucle bolts. you know these have to be real tight. i used a 1/2" breaker bar to untighten these. the 3 on top can only be tighten so far. and the strut rod nut, if there are nylon threads in the nut just tighten all the way down. it won't come loose, right. but i have stillen camber plates and the top nut isn't a nylon one. so i have to drive it down with a impact wrench. or it will rattle loose when driving, found this out the hard way. the rear shock rod nut, should only compress the rubber thing a little, don't press it down alot, just remember how far down the other nut was on the old shock.
