Depends on the width. They would probably fit, but the wheels will tuck under the lips more. YOu would never be able to install any big brake kits because you won't have any clearance.

45 will work.. on the maxima you can go plus or negative 5 with the offset so the range is 35-45...

I'm looking at some 17x7 rims with 45mm positive offset. Will these work on a 4th gen. I don't know much about rim specs. educate me. Will they tuck in more or stick out more? I don't plan on doing a big brake upgrade. Also what is our bolt pattern? much thanks.

In towards the middle of the car. Less offset makes the rim stick out away from the car.

My rims (18x7.5) look about flush with the fender. Any guess on what the offset could be?

The 16" SE rims are 45mm.... 225s don't rub... 235 would 'probably' fit as well...

If it's about flush with the fender then it's probably a 35mm offset. Mine is 16x7.5 and has that exact look. If you want to know for sure then look inside your rim for a number like "ETxx" where xx is your offset.

You can also look on the inboard side of the rim when it's off... should have a # followed by "ET" ... That will be the offset of the rim...

It should work. Hiroshi in SoCal has 18" Volk AV3's with a +43mm offset. The fat spokes means it barely clears the stock brake calipers though... so I doubt aftermarket brakes would work.

i have 17 inch wih a 45 offset. The are flush in the front but in the back they tuck in a little bit, i goin for the spacers, so it would look nice and clean.
