Rear Wheel Bearing removal and o2simulator installation questions..ATTN: Jime
Does anyone have a writeup or info on taking apart the rear wheel bearings out? And my other question is about the o2 simulator...This question goes mainly towards Jime because I have read a post of you saying you wired one to your rear o2...So how did you wire your o2Simulator into you factory o2sensor? I am asking because I wired up mine and still am getting a CEL. BTW I got a dual output o2 simulator

rear wheel bearing is not "removable". you have to replace the entire rear hub w/ the bearing inside it.
just remove the brake rotor and the hub cap in the center and the bigass nut behind it. replace the nut when you do the job. they're about $5 from the dealer. clean axle off, add some new axle grease to it, install new hub, torque to spec, hammer the ends down for the locknut safety thing, reassemble brakes.

removing the hub does not require any special tool s ?
I paid to get mine done if I knew it was that simple
I would have done it myself .Make sure the the hub
center clears your rim ,I am running spacers cause
my wheel would not tighten .The part that the dust cap
goes on is bigger on the new hubs

Hi Matt,
You can't press the bearings out and press new ones in, like the front bearings?
