I got a set of the H and R and another set on the way for the front. They come with stud extenders but I can't for the life of me figure how they would work. I understand the plate that is used to push the wheel out.....but then there are the studs that are seperate in a bag.

does anyone have a pic?

If the studs are longer than stock (most likely) you will need to replace the OEM studs.

With H&R spacers, depending on which size you bought, you'll either have to replace the OEM studs with the longer ones that will come with the spacers OR if you got the REALLY WIDE ones (these come with studs attached onto them), you'll bolt the spacer onto the hub using the original studs and then bolt the wheel on using the studs that are attached to the spacers. Hope this made sense, but I think you're the former case.
