Kill a TL-S? Hmmm...very doubtful. MT got a 14.7@97mph out of the TL-S and a 14.8@97 out of the CL-S. These cars are significantly quicker than the 5th gen 5 speed Max they tested (15.1@94mph). Solara is more than capable of hitting 14s and the same goes for the 328.

99+ V6 Mustangs have hit 14s. Mustangs and Fast Fords ran a stock V6 Stang 5 speed to a 14.9@90mph. They also took an auto V6 Camaro to a 15.0@89. Go to Camaroz28.com and you'll see plenty of guys running in the upper 14s with stock 3800 series F-Bodys. There are even 3 guys running 14.4s with just highstall torque converters. It is common knowledge and has been shown in the mags that V6 Mustangs and F-Bodys are more than capable of 14s stock. It's rare (just like a Maxima hitting 14s stock), but it's happened.

Forget what you see at the track because most drivers are average or below average. The majority of LS1 F-Bodys I've seen run at the track are in the 14s and at less than 100mph. BUT I know for a fact that the car is mor than capable of low 13s@108mph bonestock. Whether it's my track or the drivers or a combo of both, I know the car is capable of much better times. Same goes for the CL-Ss, Civic Sis, Talon TSi, and tons of 5.0s and 4.6 Stangs. Most modded versions of these cars I've seen run are well above published times.

TL-S

Car and Driver says 15.1
http://www.caranddriver.com/xp/Caran...TL.xml?&page=2

Solara

Car and Driver says 15.6

Mustang v6
I have no data on that.. but any Valid website or publications you can use to back up that story will be sufficient. The same goes for the v6 Camaro

I think the only v6 n/a cars to hit 14's bone stock are

4th-5th gen 5 speed maxima base models
4th gen v6 5 speed camry base model ( CE )
I never ran my camry bone stock so i can't say for sure. I did hit 14.7s with very little mods. Mine is a heavier LE model. Also no 5 speed v6 solaras have hit 14's bone stock n/a that i know of, they should be able to but no ones done it
Cl-Type S
Tl-Type S
Maybe the last year of the 300zx n/a, you guys would know better than me. I raced one and beat him so maybe not.

Now this is n/a V6, not inline six (bmw,2jz-ge supra) or flat six (subaru, porsche) or FI v6 (GTP,t-type,gnx,grand national)

Man, did you all forgot about the '93-'95 Acura Legend LS 2 doors? Those things are super fast. They have like 220hp stock.( That might be wrong)

you must be talking about the 6spd Legend with the Type II Engine... i think they had 240 hp.. they ran 15.0 Stock

but i am sure they could run 14's with a good driver

Most magazines had them around 14.8. They have 230 hp stock. So they would be considered in this class also.
