Is it just me...

Is it just me or are the a lot of Noob's?
It's crazy every post I see is all these people who have just joined. It's funny, yet cool at the same time that so many people are getting into maximas. Unless everyone is changing their names on a regular basis. Either way, I just felt like posting that.

I kinda like it because even with my limited knowledge I can actually answer the occasional question.

20,002 posts now that's amazing. You post on average about once a day. You have way too much to say. I post like 3 times every 2 weeks.

The kids are getting the Maxima as a hand-me-downs or getting it as a nice used car. It is not a bad thing. If they would only read the stickies and not post the stupid questions then the more the merrier.

nothin wrong with noob's..we were all noob's once. It is, however, funny how many noob's have usernames that are "Max" this and "Max" that or "Nismo" this or "Nismo" that....I mean, how about some creativity people

as to post count....doesn't mean post-whoring. Some of use have alot to say, write up how-to's, and have general automotive knowledge (not necessarily maxima-related) that can help others out.....of course there are others who have thousands of posts and only a handfull of them are actually helpful or useful....

can someone ban this noob? But seriously, everyone has got to start somewhere, its rather closed minded to brush off someone just b/c they're a noob.

We also seem to be getting many noobs too lazy to search and too e-thuggish to listen to good advice....

Ok I did the math wrong I realized that later on on the 20,000 @ 1/day thing.

"Mr. Duck" As for the thread I said "is it just me" to make you come in and read. Sorry if I lured you and now you're mad.

And "Kevin": I wasn't making this post to criticize anyone. I was just stating that I've noticed a lot of newbies lately. People who just joined this year. I though it was interesting. I'm not brushing off anyone.

I just see a lof of them giving each other advice and all that kind of stuff. I thought it was cool.

newb here, just got my max the first of the month and love it, I find myself going to the door and looking at it just to see it. Is this normal? lol This is by far the best car I've ever had. I'm very impressed with it so far. Anyway, I read what someone said about searching on here, and I do search before posting, but sometimes you just cant find what you are looking for. I spent the first 4 days searching this site, only to find that I had not even left the general disussions forum. LOL I thought I was gonna pull my hair out when I saw all the other forums. lol. Cool site and cool people for the most part. Some guys are pretty hard on us newbs though. I hope I am not like that as time goes on. I guess people just forget that they too were once a newb. Also, you have to realize everyone isn't as smart as everyone else. Thats what these forums are for, for everyone to help each other out. I know I've learned alot just from reading and seeing what you all have done with your cars. anyway, take care, and be patient with us please. :-)

I think I have the most unoriginal SN on the org. I tried Nissan Maxima, but that was taken. But hey, I'm not here to win any creativity contests, just here to read and give (the limited amount I have) Maxima knowledge.
