UDP belts from a 00' to a 98'???

UDP belts from a 00' to a 98'???
I'am selling a DMS udp off my car(2000 maxima) to my best friend with his 98' max. My question is, can the two belts that come with the pulley work on his car? Are the belts different between a 00' and a 98'???
