ok

It's either get a Z and bye bye max, or keep max and get 100 of NOS.

Z, if you can afford it. Though I have say I really don't like the new Z at all but the old ones are really nice! Check out the new IS300, thoughs are awesome, but a little to small for my liking.{6'1 and all} There not to to expensive either.

$450k will buy you a 5000sq ft house and easily several acres of land.
or you can skimp out on the house (only 1-200k) and buy close to 100 acres...

damn it's hard living here.. winters aren't bad.. you're lucky if it snows more than 2-3 times..
the only problems are spring and fall where you spend half the time looking out the window for tornados! (Watched 3 while dad was driving down the highway just last weekend)
scary stuff!
