06 Black Maxima Tint?
I just purchased a new Maxima over the weekend and I want to get the windows tinted. I have three choices and need your help in narrowing it down to one. They are 20% , 35%, or the chrome tinted tint(If anyone has a black Max with the chrome tint please post if you dont care). Any pictures would be very helpful. I have my appointment at 9:00 am tommorrow. I will post pictures as soon as they become available.
Thanks everyone!

i've seen chrome on some cars, and it really does nothing for the looks of the car. definitely go black. and depending on the tint laws, go as dark as you can, or as dark as you would like and keep an eye out for cops.
do you have a light interior? if so, you may be able to get away with darker tint.

Chrome looks cheap, why would you choose a black stealth looking Max and then brighten it up with ricey chrome tint...
Below are your states tint law limits, but like others you can choose to go darker at your own risk. I have 35% front, 20% rear, 35% back, MD state legal and still looks pretty dark. Where I live gets kind of rural, so not many street lights, too dark of a tint in these conditions gets dangerous, especially with deer.
Good luck

What do you mean about the light interior? Leave the light on at all times? Or if I get pulled over to turn on the lights?
Thanks for the information everyone!

After I sent the message I knew what he was referring too. I have Black leather interior. I was thinking of going with the 20%, too dark? Would 35% be too light?

With a dark interior, yours should look darker...

I have 5% all around. I did get one ticket but I was willing to accept a ticket for the darker look I wanted. I say the biggest problem is what Chernmax said. Seeing out at night. It can be difficult reversing and sometimes even changing lanes when someone is in your blind spot because with 5% you won't be seeing their headlights very well. Not impossible to see out, but just look twice with darker tint.
