Wait, let me get this straight, you're sick of the high visibility levels and reduced stress on your eyes?

Get 30,000k bulbs. Sounds like that's your ticket.

6000K would be the highest you should go IMO.

^ I'll second that. Based on pics I've seen, 6K seems to be the closest to blue without losing a lot of light output.

i will agree on 6k bulbs as well...i never actually HAD them on the car...but I did have 8k bulbs and although they looked hawt as he!!, they were terrible in light output...

I would say 6k bulbs for looks and light output, and 5k bulbs for best light output...4k is just too boring

i should be specific and say MY stock setup..which was fogged up housings with 9004's in them, not even silverstarrs or anything some bs brand. now i have CLEAR housings properly aimed with 8000k hid's over them, so for me, it was an increase over stock, now i can look at the squirell's in the tree's as well....now i wont say that 4300k or 6000k isnt better for output, cuz they damn sure are, we all know the higher kelvin rating you go up the less the output, but for my applications and the area i live in and places i go 8000k suits me just fine. not to mention 8000k in the fogs which help a little bit up close
