more good news

I have located a sweet 97 SE and my dad is being very generous considering the crap amount of value of my 95 SE, i will let you guys know how it goes. My friend may be doing a lot better but he still has a lot more to go through so please still keep him in your prayers and hope he makes a 100% full recovery from this horrible accident.

Yo, I have a digital camera and a scanner at home... If you want, I can meet with you in Brooklyn somewhere, I understand you are on Ave X and Nostrand a lot, I can come by one time and we can take some shots of your max or you can give me the pic and I'll scan it at home and post it on the net..

MaximaRider, happy birthday! Glad to hear your friend is doing better and you will be getting another max. Wish him a speedy and full recovery...

Yes, Arnaud will be getting another 5 speed.

Im sure you all know that Joel is doing much better as Arnaud has stated. As far as everything else...Arnaurd got a ticket for failure to yield. He is going to fight that in court. Other then this. Nothing new at all. I doubt there will be anything else that will be court related.

Well, it seems that everything is going as well as can be expected, given the circumstances. Happy Birthday Arnaud and congrats on finding another Max! '97 seems to be a really good year. Good luck in court and I hope everything works out there also. I hope Joel's condition continues to improve. You should all know that you're all still in our thoughts and prayers.

Keep those updates coming!

They expect him to be out of the hospital and into rehab within the next 2 weeks, i also turned 18 today, Aug 17th. woohoo
Good to hear...best of luck in rehab.
He will probably never remember the accident. Good thing, maybe.

Dang I'm really sorry to hear that, my prayers go out to them. The exact same thing happened to me also, i got t-boned luckily no one was in the car at the time, i lost conciousness, but when i saw my car the entire passenger side was caved in. I know how scary it can be because if i had my girlfriend or my mom in the passenger seat i would be devastated. I sincerely hope everyone recovers soon, best wishes to all.

Well.. Arnuad is at college and im stuck in NJ.

Good news is that Joel is going through rehab.. but it will still be a bit before he is fully back to normal. So far he remembers everything except for the accident. He is expected to make a full recovery.

As far as legal matters.. who knows now. I guess since Joel is doing great now, there wont be any. That is my guess.

Bill, you can make this a unsticky now. Thanks.
