Need help with Nitrous Installation!

I am ****ed off! I called the local shop for installation prices and they quoted me $200-$350 because they would need to look at it. I asked about installing gauges and the window switch and then they told me that the total installation package would run about $600. For something supposedly simple enough, isn't this too expensive? I live in California, a little above San Francisco. Are there any recommended places that would do this installation cheaper, considering that the job would be well done?

Next, I am not mechanically inclined at all but I here this is an easy installation. Is there a very DETAILED site or instructions for this installation for my Maxima? I would like to learn how to do it and I often check www.maximadriver.com but the NOS installation always reads "Coming Soon" Can anyone help me? I want to start right now.

believe or not the intructions that come with it along with constant Instant messages to Synki, Matt and Thomas will make the installation a 1 hour task.. maybe more.. maybe less

one of the best advice i can give you is do the installation in your living room.. kinda like a fake install.. just connecting pieces to get an idea of what goes where.. don't forget the teflon paste for the high pressure fittings..

if you need pics here are synki's and tony's pics http://64.252.159.123/nos/

I might have a problem though. I can't find the instructions. I have to clean my room. About the pricing for installation, should I expect it to be that expensive or is this place just a rip off

So how much would be a good reasonable price for all of this? I have no idea what sounds right. Like $200? $400?

Expect to pay $2-300 for the install, + another $150-200 for the guages. Shops are in it to make money, not to help you out. Save the $$$ and do it yourself, it IS NOT HARD. But, do as you please. If ya wanna drive to Seattle I'll do it for $50

Okay I found the instructions for the kit. I can put it together but I was hoping someone could post pictures of what I looks like on. Like what the trunk should look like, under the car, and in the engine. My instruction manual shows how to do it and has it put together on a diagram but no pictures or advice on the best way to do the setup.
