cheap way to reduce drone.

i just installed a magnaflow and it sounds good but it droned at 1500-2100 rpm. then i found a post on a corvette forum where they made a cheap resonator tip.http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c6-c...ne-solved.html

i took a reducer and drilled 20 holes in the smaller side then warped the holes with some steel wool to act as a sound deadener then just hammed it to my tail pipe.

it didn't make a huge difference but it reduced the worst part of the drone and now it has a nice growl . and it only cost about $5.00.
