It's graduation present time! Just looking for some feedback. I can search the web and find product reviews, but not much from real owners. Let me know your experiences, or if you know any good pages for reviews or cheap places to buy.

Thanks in advance...

Read reviews here with sample photos: http://www.imaging-resource.com/

Also look in here: http://www.dpreview.com/

Then compare with consumer's reviews here: http://www.pcphotoreview.com/

I picked up the Kodak DC3400 for around 300 bucks. 2.1 mega pxls actually takes very good shots! It got good reviews when it first came out. Thats like over a year ago now.

I got a cannon s30. Its closer to 500 but its nice. Its not made of cheap plastic like many other cameras, so it wont crack in half when you drop it. Its made of nice aluminum and much better looking that many. i think its like 3 megapixels?

i got a Kodak DX3500 for christmas. 2.2 megapixels. $220 i think so its not top of the line and you can tell. if you zoom in the shots are very very blurry and the regular-zoomed shots arent crystal clear. its convenient to have and its PRETTY satisfying but the quality definitely could be better.
