Phantom II Radar Detector -Radar/Laser Jammer!!
Anyone know about this Phantom II Radar Detector?? My friend is selling them but I don't know if it is good or not?? I was thinking about asking my friend do a GD on this. WHat do you guys think?? How much is good price??

Do not get it. This is the biggest piece of crap and waste of money ever made. For one thing, Ka band jammers have not even been invented or are not on the market. This system claims to use a passive chirping system that detects/jams, well it doesn't do crap. My information is coming from hours of doing research before I bought my passport 8500. The only time it even beeped at all is when it was put a 7-8 inches away from the actual radar gun! check out www.radartest.com to confirm my words. Do not even waste your money.

God damn that's beautiful... a Maxima enthusiast steering a fellow Maxima enthusiast clear of a piece of complete and utter crap.
I love that.
Oh yeah, BTW, I also have the 8500, and I convinced 3 of my buddies at work to do the same... they thank me for it all the time.

OKey..I was just checking guys..Because I don't know anything about that product so I ask. Don't have to be so harsh on me right..? If that is not good then I will not get it..That is all..I know V1 is good since my cousin (BMW 330CI) Had one but I figure it doesn't hurt to find out more about it and my friend is selling it so I can get a better price. If no one want it then it is okey with me too!
