Here are two companies that can rebuild yours.
http://www.fulllogic.com/
http://www.autocompusa.com/
Price range from $200 to $300.
New one from Nissan is ~$600.
If you are lucky you can find a junkyard unit, they range anywhere from $100-$300.
Hopefully my car will be up and running by this weekend

I didn't do that. I was hooking up the HKS and it was all connected. With the car off, then I decided to change the ground strap to a different location. I accidently touch the ground strap to the positive terminal of the battery. The HKS must have sent a massive load of voltage to all 6 of the ECM ignition trigger wire and shorted it out.

Tony don't know if this will show up but I found a few w/ a short search though www.car-part.com
http://car-part.com/cgi-bin/search.cgi
I bought an front exhaust manifold though the same search and it went very smooth. But it probably depends on the individual place you end up sourcing.
Unfortunately the above search didn't have a price but there were alot of choices for ecus. I just used 1999' as the model year. I guessed at your year.

Update on my ECU saga
My original ECU is toast. I fried the main processor and it can't be repair. The good news is the junkyard one I ordered for $100 on Monday was a perfect match. Same part number and everything. But I can't start it because of the Nissan Vehical Immobiliser System. It would run for a second and the immbilise system kicks in. I'm getting it towed to the dealership and getting the keys reprogrammed. Another ~$250 lesson
