ice in the intake...crazy idea

You're onto something, you know. Turn on the AC, but the trick is, pull the fuse out for the AC. What happens is that the fans turn on at the radiator, but the electronic clutch does not engage the AC compressor. Result? Cool runnings
I saw this from someone on the org.

So, logically, we route the a/c into the intake, giving us cool air in any weather! Problem #1: Probably wouldn't supply enough air, but it would be a cooling supplement. Problem #2: Running the a/c would probably rob more power than it supplies. Too bad...it'd be an easy fix on a hot day if it worked....

In 1999 a friend and i ran against a 72 big block Camero and we where in a 1985 highly mod Mustang 1st time ever I had ever seen this but this car was a street/strip running 7.5-8.0 over 450hp before the 50lbs boost and a 223 gear this thing was fast but we pulled out on the frontage road and Greg got out and scattered a bag off ice over the intake and I was like you crazy american well needless to say I have never been to 125mph so fast in my life. so I believe enough of it in the right place should help thing alot when NOS -n-it.
