But this sucks, because I had it perfectly planned to install them this weekend, but If he only shipped out on Monday, they won't get here in time.

I received mines over 2 weeks ago. Boomer is a good guy to do business with. As far as the quality of the disc I say its money well spent, I feel a difference compare to my old rotors. I also suggest you change your brake pads and put new ones in while changing your rotors.
