i would pay him asap and ask him to ship asap. i would hate to see some-one come out short on this deal. i now obx are out of stock on them.

araffio i got it because you & slimer said it was not loud at all. my main thing is not to have that huummmm inside the car because of my baby.

ok guys, this guy is not emailing me back... and he has had ample time to do so. so i am not sure what i should do. as of right now, it is first come first serve. i am still awaiting his inventory status as of right now, to see how many of each generation he has in stock, and also if he is going to be getting any more in stock. he has already told me that he wants each individul to email him with their addy, car year, and payment form when we are all set to order. so i am in a bind here guys.... i am not sure what to do... and i please don't get mad at me... this is my first time doing a GD! sorry again, and i guess i'll wait one more day for his email back...

ok, so this is what we have. i am now going to go though ALL previous posts, and take down .org members handels, and what year they want. then i am going to make a list and post it, and i will keep it updated untill the GD closes. then i will submit a single email to the seller telling him what we want, and we should be all set. WTF,,I cant belive he's going to wait till feb 15 to start shipping.That means some of us might not get this exaust untill like feb 20, i disagree with he's decision on not shipping as soon as he recives our payment,thats why we are charged a shipping and hadling charge any other bussiness,that wants to keep thier customers would in my opinion not make us wait like almost one month for us to recive something we already paid for and IS IN STOCK,I would understand the long wait if the product was not in stock but he has stated that he has plenty of them in stock.I hope he changes his mind of waiting till feb to ship them all, he's running a bussiness and if you paid already and the product is in stock he should ship as soon as he gets his money,sorry if this was long but this bussiness parctice really ticked me off,Is he going to get a group deal with UPS or something ?I want my catback now and not by the middle of feburay...just my opinion maybe if we complain enough he might start to ship sooner.

I'll give up 10 bucks to get my catback in a week instead of a dag on month....

anyone with contact to him please ask if he can make it the first 10 to mention a group deal on maxima.org get it for 268 and the next 10 get it for 258 and after that no more group deal...matter of fact, he should make the first 10 at 258 so people will rush at it faster....

 

No offense, but, this is the way they work. Everything is going along as it should, and your contact is doing a great job of keeping you informed. If you want to pay retail and not have to wait, log onto EBay and jump on an auction for this exhaust.

 

This not how things go all the time he sells this setup at this price all the time,he's even sold like 2 or 3 to some guys here a few days ago for the same price and they already recived their catback.Some have even got them for 230.00 shipped before the group deal and they did not wait a monht to recive it.

 

I agree with this, I was one of those guys. Since the price is so good all the time, why the need for a group deal?

Maybe he's adjusting his price-point according to a spike in demand for his product. So, you missed it at $230. You know the saying: you snooze, you lose. I understand being frustrated about the wait, but you can't be upset about the current prices offered on this exhaust.
