Just FYI yesterday I bought some 3" metal hose clamps (the ones that have a screw to get tighter) and I used them to pull my tip up closer to the bumper. It was sitting about an inch below the bumper before, now its sitting about 1/4" below the bumper, looks great!
Thought you'd be able to do the same thing to get your centered and positioned how you like it. Just put the hose clamp around the rubber hangers and tighten to adjust.

 

I hope I get mine soon. I'd love to have it on for the RI meet this weekend!

I did, but very slight. It was easily solved with some metal hose clamps. Mine is perfect...

I looked on their site and they don't even list a cat back system for Maximas. Is this some kind of special deal they only do on eBay? I emailed them but have not received a response......I hope they still have them and I can get one too Sound like its the just what the Dr. ordered for a low noise cat back system for our cars. From what I'm hearing from everybody on this thread it's real quality too. Polished stainless.......I WANT ONE

Before paying for mine, they had it on the site, it was like on the 5th page or something of all the catbacks...i havent checked in a good week or two but i remember it being over 300 dollars on there....i'll check again...

Well, I recieved my cat-back today. I only got the muffler section, though??? Should this have come in two pieces? The muffler and the B-pipe?

 

yea these people are assh*les... they refunded my money back even though i was in the group deal already and the email they sent me before (which was in the end of january) stated that the deadline was feburary 15th.... looks like they are people who fail their business ethics and CANNOT HONOR THEIR PRICES!

These people F#&KING $UCK They are liers and cheats and I will do my best to see that NOBODY buys anything from them again. I was supposed to get one and they told me it was OVER.

 

Honestly, this seller has broken just about every agreement towards this group deal, that he made. Even if he were to sell at the same price, I would refuse to buy from him, and go with someone else, i.e. Budget.

Yes they lie alot on the ebay page they said the obx was an hks with a zgien 4.5 tip and that it retails for over 1000$..frist its not an hks is the same style second the tip is 4.0 not 4.5 third it retails for 598.00..just because this seller is uncapable of running his bussiness correcly does not mean this is a bad catback,this is a very good system I would try to find another obx dealer and buy it from them.Oh I forgot two other lies they said the group deal would end feb 15. and he would ship All orders after the 15th???its not the 15th yet and they already ended the group deal also i recived my catback last month 3 days after I paid them by paypal.I guess they dont know how to run a bussiness or were not expecting this huge demand on the obx catback.If they would have done this correctly they would have sold atleast 50 of this catbacks here on the org.Then after those 50 people got their carbacks and reviewed how nice they are their orders would have doubled.

 

agreed...guys, if anyone still wants this catback but from a more trustworthy seller, Pearl96max has a friend who is a OBX dealer...sells their catbacks, and can do install at a great price if you live in new jersey. He obviously cant make it this cheap if only one person buys it but if you guys want this from a trust worthy person who WILL deliver, let me know and i'll talk to Pearl96max about making a group deal....

i knew this was going to happen. as i posted before i called obx and they told me they where out of stock. they told me the next order was mid Feb.

when i ordered my catback (before the group deal) he only had 8 in stock. slimer, araffio & myself got one, that makes 5 left and thats not counting what he sold on e-bay.

i also posted that some-one should get his phone # and take care of the deal over the phone & not by e-mail, it was a 20ppl group deal.

i hope all you guys in the group deal get your catback soon.

like araffio said the price on the catback will be going up, the truth is that the seller is selling it cheaper than obx.

Don't worry if you did't get the b-pipe. Me and cmac95gxe got ours delivered both to his house. His muffler came on a monday. Then my muffler came on like a Wednesday. And then both b - pipes came together on Friday. We both paid at the same exact time so they do things a little weird. But you should have the b-pipe no later than within the next two days.

I just got my setup today, both pieces. I payed the 259 on Jan 28. He (SSChrome) must be shipping everyones out slowly but surely...
