nadir_s... I'm trying but don't get discouraged if I can't. I really didn't know I was going to sell out the whole thing. Remember... in the beginning this group deal was only meant for 10 people and we're going on an estimated 25-27.

Hey guys. Since my distributer is on Backorder for the Exedy stage 1 clutches I called up Maximum Tuning, NY and Jeff is a life saver. He's sending me enough clutches for the 3rd Batch and is trying to see if he can get me enough clutches for the 4th batch guys (however many they are). We're back to Batches.

Well it's too late today (1:11am EST) here... LoL... but tommorrow is the deadline (April 24th). I will take orders tommorrow until 9:00pm EST. To be better safe than sorry try calling the store after 12:00pm because I have to go to the bank in the morning.

I'd just like to take the time to thank MaxxTuning for this deal. I finally got to drive her for the first time yesterday with the new cluch and it is fantastic! cant wait to get it back from the mechanic and break in the clutch so I can really test it out. Overall, this was one fo the best deals ever offered to us Max owners!

 

The 4th batch clutches just got to my distributer today. I've had a little shipping problem with the 3rd batch but it's been taken care of... so basically I will have all 15 clutches in by tommorrow. Tracking numbers will be Private Messaged out after I have shipped the clutches.

has anyone seen black marker/tape coverin some nubmer/letters on the clutch disc around the center? these arent stolen or illegit with covered sn's are they?...just seems a little odd

No man i dont think anyone stole these. I totally trust your reputation and thats why i bought from you. I just commented on the fact that what looked like a SN was blacked out for some unknown reason. I dont know where your getting them from, maybe you dont buy them directly off the manufacture. I was just curious if mine was the only one and if someone knew why there are sketchy blacked out marks on my new clutch.

 

No I dont think they're stolen at all never did.

I doubt MaxxTuning would have even opened the packages...

That also wasnt some serial number scratched out probably just some sort of stocking number that was changed or something, that's all.

wrongway15... Sorry I didn't mean it it sounded. I know you guys know I don't deal with stolen parts. I should have wrote "you think I stole these... lol" cuz I was laughing when I saw the post. You're riht thugh. I don't get them direct from the manufacturer, I get them from a distributer. That's why I was able to drop the price so much. Also my distibuter is very reputable and I've been doing business with them for almost 2 years. Sorry if it seemed like I was getting defensive... lol. I wasn't.

James92SE... I did open the packages when they got here... to make sure everything was in the box that you guys need. Like for example I got one clutch kit missing a Release-Bearing and I'm still waiting for it. I was going to wait until I got that bearing to ship the last 5 clutches, but I'm going to ship 4 out today (if I can) or Monday morning.

Blackgums100... I am going to open a 2nd GD sometime today... but like I explained to you on the phone, the first GD was pretty much a once in a lifetime deal (kinda like the TEIN Spring GD I did for $150 shipped) because my price just went up on the clutches. You'll see the new GD up in a little while.

I FINALLY got my car on the road today (had three or four projects going on at once so my transmission work was taking forever)...

Wow the pedal is incredibly incredibly soft....

I havent driven a stock VE 5spd but I dont think it could get any softer.

Now I'm obviously going really easy on it but just from easy around the block driving you can tell the clutch engages really quick and hard.

It was really weird because with the pedal being so soft you wouldnt expect the clutch to grab as hard as it does and I almost killed it a few times. lol

So far so good...I think I'm really gonna like this clutch
