97 I30t w/ 5-speed MT- Will H&R springs sit level?

I am considering purchasing a 5-speed I30t (1997). It currently has Intrax springs, which are described as being more form than the H&Rs that currently reside on my 96 GLE maxima (Auto, by default).

I like the stance and ride of the H&Rs, but SOME springs ride high in the front on 5MT-equipped cars. Can you guys enlighten me regarding this phenomenin on the I30 or I30t?
