How do I tighten the seat belt retractor?

My seat belt doesn't want to retract by itself anymore.

Suggestions on how to tighten it up?

There's a TSB on some nasty stuff forming on that d-ring the belt goes through, just take it to the dealer since seatbelts have a lifetime warranty. Don't even mess with tightening it just take it to them...anything (rips, tightening, etc) should be covered.

Thanks! I feel much better now that I know it has a lifetime warranty.

I noticed mine being slack at retracting, and that there does appear to be gunk on the d-ring, I'm gonna just clean my D-ring as I don't think local Nissan will cover a imported Cefiro
