well...i finally have the ballasts and the bulbs...pretty much everything...

including a problem.

my ballasts use KET type connectors and the bulbs need AMP type connectors- would it be possible to just rewire these to work with some other type of connectors or should i just replace the KET type connectors with the AMP type.


speaking of which anyone else know where to purchase AMP connectors?

 

Have any pics? I'm not familiar with KET connectors. Also, what kind of ballasts are you using?

Those actually look like AMP connectors to me.

Looks like Xenondepot might have some KET plugs (can't tell very well from the pic they have)

anyone know which way the ANTI GLARE shield for the h4 bulb should face?

 

Holy glare, Batman!

FYI, the shield should be on the bottom of the bulb. It should be open over the top of the bulb. This blocks the light going downward, which reflects and goes upward out of the headlight.

Yeah, plug and play are real nice. I got a similar one too, I think they are more expensive though.

 

I've been thinking about putting some on my fogs, have you tried a pair yet?
