1987 Mazda

I have a 1987. Lately when I go uphill it won’t go over 30 I’ve had the fuel filter changed and it drove fine for about 25 miles then right back to where it was. This car sat for 20 years. Most things have been replaced. Any help would be appreciate

You left out way too much information for anyone to provide any assistance.

Also ... you are aware that this is a forum primarily leaning towards things Nissan, right?
