I was wondering if anyone could tell me whether the red in the APC clr/red taillights were a perfect match to the stock red.

After Christmas I will be getting them. . . My local performance shop called and said their supplier had the APC ones in stock for $165. . . Just need to wait for the money.

Im gonna sell my painted ones and buy a set of the APC ones instead. I hate having that annoying clear gap around the perimeter of the taillight. They match perfect, but id rather have the red plastic than painted.

 

Hey....do you have the Levoc **** on your car?
If so, please give me a little help on the install...
I had a problem due to the rod and the plastic piece that comes out from the console not matching the levoc for the install.

 

are you sure their in stock? veeinc who did you speak with at stillen? also they might say they have them but their really the clear only ones. they have been listed as for sale for about 6 months now but your put on a list that never gets called. but once they are out they will make the painted ones OBSOLETE!!!

 

Yeah, the place I went to said their supplier had them in stock, they called to check. . . If you want to try my place, they are a small local place so I am not sure if they do phone orders. . . It is called, Contagious Motorsports (located in Chico, CA) and their number is 530-894-1976. If this doesn't work out then let me know and I can try and arrange to get a couple at a time to sell to people after new years as that is when I will be back up at school.

 

I went to JC Whitney's site and couldn't find them anywhere. Guess they've been sold out??

 

I had the same clear gap. Took it back out and painted the edge. Still will change it if I can get my hands on a set.
