How did you break your BOOST in?

Ok so as a majority of you know my blower has been on for about a week now, not even, but i've manage to put on 350+ miles of steady driving on my ACT clutch/fidanza flywheel. Replaced the plugs with 1 step colder plugs and put on a breather filter to cover up that gaping hole on the side of the engine.

-My question is can i push the car now? i have rarely taken it above 3-4k rpms and when i do that bish breaks loose and pulls like a ****(experienced it once or twice) am i good to go now, can i redline the bish? i don't wanna F anything up before i get back to school. Yes i know i can't abuse it at every light, but i bought this thing so i could haul some @ss. Should i go pick a fight tonight?

the best way to do this is dyno her first and get a baseline of your AFR first.

other than that:
belt alignment / belt tension ok?
EGT reading ok?
got fuel pressure?

belt alignment and tension are A-ok, EGT's seem to be reading fine... my FP gauge was reading 39 but then i discovered the T-fitting was leaking so i disconnected it for now until i find a new T-fitting(any recommendations, its an autometer unit)

-if anything im running very rich, 3.25 pulley with 8:1 disc

I would wait untill after the clutch is fully broke in and maybe try to do a dyno run.

your fuel tee is leaking? that's not good dont floor it until you got that fix or 100psi of fuel pressure is going to make a mess.

tee - I just use whatever I could find in an auto store and it was just an ordinary brass tee. did you use thread sealant on the threads?

once you got that fixed, downshift and floor your car from 5th to 4th and see if your EGT drops a little. If it does, that means you are running rich. But the best way to find out is spend 50 bucks on a baseline dyno.

I disconnected the T so its not leaking anymore, i guess i'll try the shops up by school for a different T. What EGT's do you guys usually see? I never really see it go above 1200 F and thats when im really on it. Otherwise its always around 800-1000.

Where's your egt probe located?

Mine is just below the front bank O2 sensor, a couple of inches below the header junction. I see about 1450-1475F at the end of a quarter mile WOT run.

Or it could be considered broken in when you scare the **** out of the passengers in your car.
