HEY 6TH GEN guys LOOK out someone likes...
Uh oh 6th gen guys... Someone likes your style. I was visiting a gs website when i came across a link someone posted about the new 3rd gen gs... Coming out 2006 http://pressroom.toyota.com/photo_li...lltext&kw=06gs ... Sorry but this looks very similiar (exterior only) like a 6th gen maxima.
Kind of off any sort of topic but i just think that toyota liked something they saw off the 6th gen.

Really?? I honestly think that the 6th Gen GS doesnt resemble the Max.The Lexus lines are much more smoother and curved compared to the squared off look of the Max. The rear lights dont even have the same design to it, Lexus lights running into the trunkwith LED"S and the Max with squared lights that dont run into the trunklid. As far as the front, the head lights are in separate housings like previous 2nd Gen and it doesnt have a tooth. Truthfully, i believe that Nissan is the one that copies off of Lexus as far as some of there designs. If you look back, the GS has a tradition of long hoods and short rear decks. Maxima never carried that tradition. They just started that. And if you look back, even further, the 5th gen and the new altima both had lights very similar to the Lexus IS, GS, and RX. ANd lets not talk about interiors. Cant get much better than a Lexus interior, blows that semi-cheap Max interior out the water. Both very great designs, im not knocking the new Max, just think that Lexus isnt looking at the Max for ideas.
