slug in morning and wet

got a 94 gxe with 156k on it and everyonce in a while when it is wet and a little bit cooler only does my car suck big time it hardly wants to accelerate until it hits 3000-3500 rpms then it will be fine it will do this for about 15 minutes until the motor has warmed up. i replaced plugs wire cap and rotor it still did it after plugs and wires i havent had those conditions really since cap and rotor but if it isnt that anyone have any suggestions other then that motor is butter love it just wish it wasnt so damn slow

try installing an intake or a y pipe to help ur power issues..it might be that ur o2 has a weak signal and then it gets stronger.. 75 bucks could save u the hassle

fuel filter clogged? i remember on my subaru, when it was cold and i had just started the car, it would be really slow up the slightest hill, then once it caught rpms it would be fine, or until it warmed up, then i replaced fuel fitler and it acceled fine all times

my guess would be cap/rotor, see how that works out for ya. if that doesnt work, just get a bottle of water and spray a LIGHT MIST around with car idling to emulate the wet conditions and to try and find a moisture problem

if its having problems on a cold engine which it sounds like dont blame the o2 sensor, but if you have money its probably a good idea to replace it anyway as a safeguard for your gas mileage if you dont know how old it is since you just got the car
