Side Mirror (right) loose, repair?

Side Mirror (right) loose, repair?
I returned to the car (87 GXE) and noticed that the side mirror is off track and just teetering on the base, is this an easy repair? There is still power running to the unit, if this helps.

sounds like the mirror has had it. I'd just replace the entire unit. Usually they go for cheap on ebay. That's where I got mine.
