I've reset this code about 4 times and it keeps showing up every 200 miles or so. (2000 SE, bone stock, 140k miles).

Someone said it might be the cat. I don't have that kind of money and I already replaced all the O2 sensors about a year ago.

Any suggestions?

People should be using the search function...or at least cruising through the recent threads. There have been much discussion about this code already.

You have two options...

1. Replace front pre-cat
2. Install O2 simulator

Look around for O2 simluator information since you are strapped for cash. It is the least expensive option. However, I'd keep an eye out for a used front pre-cat.
