whats your tire pressure and suspension

I was just curious on what you guys have your pressure set at. I think just knowing what the pressure is is to vague.
Throw in your susp mods and tire size. I have been playing with my pressure just to get a good combination of ride comfort and handling.
something like this:

Stock Gle 17 rims w nexen n3000 225/50 17
sprint springs
illumina shocks and struts set 3/4
Progress RSB adjusted to full stiffness
FSTB and DIY homemade rearstrut brace

Previously i had my pressure at 36 all around. Liked the handling but it was a bit harsh on anything more than just cracks in the road. dropped them to 32 front and 34 rear. rides nicer, slight drop in handling but not bad.

Just looking to see what you guys do and what you like...

geezy, is the ride super stiff on 5/5. when you hit cracks and manholes does it hammer the car

18x7.5 rims w HR2 Venus 225/40/R18
H&R springs/ illumina struts set 4/5
LTB Stage 2
FSTB
Rear Spacers

43 psi all around , I have come to the conclusion I think the higher PSI on low profile tires has been saving my wheels from not bending as much. I can remember when i rode lower psi and was bending wheels left and right.
WIth stock gles i ride around 40 psi

Hard to come to proper tire pressure conclusion when all tires are manufactured differently. With that said:

G35c 17x7.5(f)/17x8(r) with Firehawk GTz 245/45-17
Vogtland springs (1 ring cut off front)
GR2 struts
eBay FSTB

40psi all around.

Drops to 34 after a few weeks and put it back to 36, to even out the wear.

36 is a little hard but you get use to it and saves gas.

The ride isn't too stiff with the illuminas set at 5 all the way around, it does hammer when I hit huge potholes but I try to avoid all that stuff.
