If its cali spec I think B1S1 is on header closest to the firewall right before the pre-cat. should be black wire.

Not sure about obx but with cattman you just needed to unclip the sensor harness from the metal piece that holds the connection in place and it was enough slack to reach the bung. You could probably carefully open the wiring harness and pull some extra out to make it reach. As only a last resort would I try to extend the wires. If you absolutely have to extend the harness side don't try to extend the sensor side it's next to impossible to do. The wires used on the sensor side are aluminum I believe and are very hard to solder correctly.

Good then I hope I caught you before you started cutting wires. That's the way to do it. It's easy and clean to go back to stock and there's no need to worry about soldering.

I covered my bung with an 02 replacement plug bolt thingy from napa i have an extra one! Btw the location of the o2 sensors shouldnt matter as long as the primaries are plugged in your car should run fine right now i have 2nd sensor bank 2 completely of my car and it runs fine just the CEL but pnce i get the o2 simulator i should be fine.

Exactly. The secondary o2 sensors are just there to monitor the cats for emissions. They don't affect the tune. You could unplug them all together and the only effect would be a CEL.

So is there a way to connect the second upstream on back header without splicing the sensor to extend it

So we're both on the same page. You're asking about the firewall #1sensor correct?

Ok I'll get a picture but off the top of my head I know they're located by the pcv valve. I believe it's a light blue (not positive) connector. Give me 30 min I'm grilling some steak and I'll get a picture.

Ok so here's all I did. See the metal post in first picture? That's what sensor is mounted on.

Remove it from the post once I did that I had plenty of slack.

Now it just lives there. If you need slack just peel back harness tape pull slack out. Doesn't get any easier.

Check the ground wires that's where I would start.
