ABS, TCS off & Slip light all on

My ABS, TCS off and SLIP lights are all on on my 2008 Maxima (130,000 miles). I have replaced both rear bearings and wires, Issue went away for a week. Car will run fine, then when I push the throttle the car will act like it is struggling to get the power down for maybe 5 seconds, then the ABS, TCS and slip light come on and the engine issue stops until the light goes off again. It only happens once a drive as the light will sometimes clear after I turn the car off. I have put a throttle position sensor on the car as well to see if that helps as I read that could be a cause, with only little improvement.

C1110 - ABS Control unit internal fault
C1106 - LR wheel speed sensor signal (already replaced)
P1564 - Automatic spew controller device switch (not sure if this is relevant)

p1564 isnt related to the abs problem. its acsd switch circuit malfunction (usually a broken clockspring).
the c1110 is concerning. there is a TSB for 04-07 that addresses the concern. 08 may have the same issue but was not included. NTB07-016 but it seems the ecu is the common cause on 2008 years.

youre going to need to scope both rear sensors and watch the pattern for any inconsistencies.
