JBL P80.4 4 channel amp, is it enough and good?

I have heard this power series amp is supposed to be really good even though they only rate it at 40x4 on their website. A couple people told me they are underated and will more than enough run 4 speakers inside the car.

I am basically going to be running 4 6.5" Kenwood Excelon dual magnet speakers.

What yall think? is it going to be enough or not enough? I dont need it to freagin make me deaf, i want clean sound at a good level. Sometimes a little loud, but not deafening.

IIRC, they are rated at 12v so in a way yep, they are underrated.

Reviews have been good so far. I was going to get this myself a couple months ago but other things came up that needed my attention.

You can get it at Sounddomain for $199+ after their $50 domain dollars have been applied. Additionally, you can get a Lightning Audio amp kit for only $1 more.
