Leaking lines or normal?

When i turned off my nitrous bottle say at 6pm the pressure was at 900psi and the next day at 11am I looked at the pressure in the line was only at 350psi, given the bottle pressure was only 650 now but is this normal or are my lines leaking?,thanks

Eddy mine does that too, I wouldn't lose any sleep over it. If it dropped to 0 in less than an hour or so I would look for a leak.

Relax and have a cold one.

For reference I looked at my bottle pressure the other day in the morning and it was 850psi. Late in the day it went up to 1050 psi, and dropped back to 800psi the next morning. PV = nRT

Mine does the same thing; rises and falls. Keep in mind, your lines aren't meant to be a storage place for high pressures, just a pathway from point a to b. Eventually it will find a way out. Is it something to be worried about...no, it's normal. Like Jime said, if it starts leakin out at a noticable rate, then you'd better investigate. Or get a purge valve.

If I can hear a hissing around where the fittings are then thats NOT normal, right? What can I do if there's leaking where a fitting is?

Hissing from the fittings is definitely not normal. Depending on where the hissing is coming from, you can either reseal the connection with teflon paste or get a new teflon washer (for the bottle nut connection). Remember, do not use any kind of thread sealant on -AN connections.
