Disposing of unused nitrous?

I am removing my nitrous kit and selling it and I want to know of how to dispose of the nitrous still in the bottle. I don't know exactly how much is in there and I cannot use it anymore due to a new clutch and I need money badly. Should I just open the bottle and drain it or are there other ways that might be safer? Please help.

Just open it?! Any and all left over nitrous should be expelled pretty quick...

Yep. I just opened mine up a bit and stood back for a minute or two while it drained. It's pretty loud, watch out for the neighbors . Its illegal to ship the bottle full, so don't try it or it can end up costing you $$$$.
