Just installed NX kit... HOLY ****!!!

well after about 8hours of installing the entire kit, I just took my first ride. I'm speechless... it has amazing power, it hooks up perfect and it works just like they say it will. Highly recomend the nitrous express kit!

Gonna have to assume more than, oh, say a 35 shot [/sarcasm]

But yeah, what kind of shot did you go with?

I have heard that NX kits are the best for our cars, and most Nissans.

A 35 shot knocks my car from a 14.6 to a 13.1 so even that is a pretty big kick. Much larger than any other mod you can do, other than Turbo or S/C.

Man I know this is true but I don't see how. It just shaved like half a second off mine, Now I do realize you were on slicks. I get a 13.1 with the 75 shot on slicks though, and I run 14.7's NA.

Getting my 2k2 Auto next week, will be interesting to see if I can get similar results. Also I think its much easier to get great launches with an auto on slicks vs a manual they just seem to get along great.

yeah I see your 60' times now. My best with a 75 shot and slicks was a 1.9. Of course I was skeered of breaking something. I am sure I could do better off the rev limiter with 75 shot, slicks, and my ACT clutch.

I started with a 50 shot. ( I know nx recomends a 35 to start, i couldn't help it though) First gear struggles for traction- even with 18's and sticky yoko's on good roads. 2nd gear from about 40-75 is sheer bliss. I don't see how a 75 shot could possibly hold in first without slicks. Oh how I love my maxima...

I've heard that it makes a huge difference with a bottle heater- So far this has been the best 900 bucks ive ever spent. I know we cant talk about street racing, but the look on that mustang owners face tonight was worth it alone! Ahhhh, my maxima beating camaros, firebirds and mustangs. All in the first night!

Make sure your nozzel is pointed straight into the TB. Mine was hitting the side of my intake and it made a big difference.

What's that 150 shot like in 2nd and third gear? I can only imagine... Hey ymNA, your system should be roasting tires in first, somethings wrong

If you guys installed it your self and sealed everything up with teflon tape instead of paste you might want to check the solenoids for obstructions.
