8.989 @ 80mph

I went to the 1/8 track tonight with my girl to mess around with my nitrous kit

My setup for tonight was...

95 SE With 5 speed converson
NX wet kit - 35 shot
RVM intake pipe with Stillen popcharger ( warm air intake )
Custom cat-back exhaust
Buget Y-pipe
Exedy Clutch

- Stock Struts / shocks with sprint springs

Was rolling on 17 inch Konig Monsoons with STREET tires @ 25 psi

-Best run-

R/T: .805
60' : 2.188
330': 5.968
ET: 8.989
Trap: 80.11


I did not think i had a chance of breaking 8's with street tires .. I just found a preaty good way to launch it and was putting down good times. Lots of wheel hop tho... Any feed back would be good. I wanted to try a 50 shot and drop the tire pressure to 20-15psi but the track was closing, maybe next time

excellent 60' for street tires!

are you spraying out of the hole or what? I'm in the middle of figuring out when to start spraying. I'm launching w/o n2o, but start spraying about 1/2 way through 1st. So far it's netted me a 8.7 @82.4 2.11 60' with the same setup you have. I'm impressed by the 60' on street tires.

Our setups are the same beside the UDP, you have better tires, and upgraded suspension... u have aftermarket suspension correct? I want to upgrade because I herd that helps a lot.

The way i launched was spraying out the whole from the very get go... I had the rpms at 2 grand, when the light hit green i just popped the clutch and floored it.. I was spinning and getting wheel hop all the way threw 1st gear, it felt awful but on time slips it was working.. I think I can even put a faster time because I had problems with my 1-2 shift… my rpms were hard to read since I was spinning so much and when I shifted sometimes it was too early and I was out of power band in 2nd gear
