Colder Plugs.

I just got my NX All import efi kit yesterday and i was wondering if i needed to go with one or two step colder plugs with just a 35 or 50 shot? Should i get copper plugs? Would i just use the colder plugs when running nitrous or can i leave them in all the time?

Also what kind of colder plugs do you all use, PN?

Thanks for the help.
Alex

i would say go one step colder just to be on the safe side. you can find the part # on jime's homepage. for my 75 shot i gapped mine down to like .038 or .035 to also be on the safe side. congrats on getting a kit.

Ok so i found the one's for the 4 and 5 gen on jimes site and crossed them with the 3rd gen and the only difference is that the 4 gens are one step hotter.

So would this be what im looking for? http://www.ngk.com/results_cross.asp...7ES-11&x=0&y=0

That plug is one step colder but otherwise standard oem.

me on just 1 step colder plugs .. just because you run cloder plugs does not make your pump flow more gas if you need a better pump get the pump if your plugs are not passing the heat get colder plugs if your plugs are not getting hot enough get hotter plugs .. just make a few runs pull the plugs and check the ground straps this will tell you if they are too cold or too hot

1 step colder should be fine for a 75 shot, the stock pump should be fine for a 75 shot also

Same here, had 2 step colder for dd, never felt a diff. If you are going to 50 shot then you will deff push to 75 shot, so gap them down a few.
