with that Transgo in there, you're definitely gonna want that cooler in ASAP. Look around and see if anyone says 2 bottles of the Lucas fix fluid is too much.

I only did one bottle but the symptoms are still there. Now when I wot it, it stays at redline without shifting.. (left it there for about two seconds). Time for a new transmission.

They are Tokico Hp Blues they ride even better than stock to be honest with you. I have put Monroe quick struts and Kyb gr-2 on my car and the tokico blues are way more comfortable than both of them.

I installed the Transmission solenoids I bought (USED OEM 65k) onto the valve body. Then cleaned them up and installed the valve body into the transmission.Next, I installed the transmission filter and torqued it all down. Installed the transmission pan and gasket.

I did this a while ago but if anyone is getting like a vibration/groaning when you turn the wheel almost completely locked it's a leak in the power steering hose.

It's been doing that for years but now that the leak got big replacing the hose fixed it.
Something would vibrate like a ***** ****a when fully locked.

The SES light came on a couple weeks ago, the code was P0155 (O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction Bank 2 Sensor 1). I tested the sensor at the plug using an ohmmeter, and the heater element was open. After replacing the sensor last weekend, it's like a whole new car! Cold-engine surging/hesitation is gone, and gas mileage has increased big time. It's had those symptoms going back at least six months, so I think some other part of the sensor must have failed way before the heater. Finally... something easy to fix!

Fast and Furious with Tom Sawyer: Injen Joe (I know, not same spelling)

I mean, it's only a matter of time with enough sequels. It'll be like an infinite multiverse. Anything is possible.

Good one.

When I heard that the last F&F earned $100M on it's debut, I took up permanent residence in my underground bunker. Surely the end is VERY near.

I finally got around to installing my new suspension.

Looks about right to me.

So pretty.

Drilled out three stripped out Exhaust Manifold stud holes tapped new threads then inserts.
I went for the whole m10x1.25 repair deal.
Two turned out great but one didn't seat that great. I guess I could've went a bit deeper with the tap before installing the insert.
I also used a tap guide that I also use for the drilling. This made things perfect for getting the stud angle right.

Installed Powerstop Z26 Rear Brakes, Rotors, and Calipers on my '02 GLE. Loving the red calipers as an accent to the black body! Thinking about getting a kit for the front next!
Next week I'm on doing a major overhaul for inspection with new control arms, tie rods (inner & outer), End Links, and my 5th CV Axle replacement (@$#!%$^! Nissan Advantage Axles), they suck!

I just realized the replacement return hose is just fuel line.J30R7
Supposedly I needed fuel injection hose which has a higher rates psi range.J30R9 CARB compliant
This I'll have to replace.
I'm seeing stainless steel braided fuel line for sale on eBay.

So I think all the smaller hoses are 1/4" on this car? Throttle coolant hose, return fuel hose, transmission oil cooler hose?
I had 5/16" which may be a bit bigger?

Anyway another "special" order!

3/8" double sided molding(moulding) tape for the wheel well molding(moulding) I removed for the new radiator support.

Changed the clutch release bearing and rear brakes today.
It's no fun for a 140lb guy to drop and reinstall the transmission while the car is on Jack stands by your self.
