What wheel/tire size combos are you guys using?
I just put my 16's with stock RS-A back on this weekend, and I fell in love again. The ride is so much more comfortable and smooth.
So, I'm thinking of ditching the 17's (that only had 225/45/17's on them) and using two sets of tires on the stock rims, 225/50/16 for the summer and snow tires (215/55/16) for the winter.
I don't auto-x or do much hard cornering...just primarly concerned with straight line traction. Do you guys think 225/50's would work well enough? Now with the 3.125" pully on, I couldn't even keep my 225/45's planted come the top of second (even from a roll).
Thoughts?
What combo are you guys using to handle the extra power?

It was odd how I found these tires... I used to have a rule about putting the cheapest tires I could find locally, on my stock wheels - because I knew no matter what they wouldnt hook up and would be burnt to nothing shortly (no intentional burnouts). I went in and asked for the economy special, the cheapo tires. I payed 65$ mounted and balanced at a local tire shop for each dayton daytona (or daytona dayton, i forget) and have been very happy since.

The RS-A's are an ok all season tire. They don't do great for dry traction, and they do just well enough in the snow.
That's my next decision...buy a summer set of tires and snow tires and pay to get the changed twice a year, or just buy 1 really good set of all seasons...I'm going to drive on the RS-A's this winter, so I have time to decide.
