little tears can usually just mean the belt is getting worn in. When or if you start noticing threads or loose parts hanging from belt then you need to inspect. What side of the belt is this wear occuring on? I might guess the motor side.... Just make sure you have the proper tention and drive it like you rented it. Good rule is to look under your hood evey time you park/ get out of your car. How many miles have you put on the belt you have on now?

i had SC on for roughly 5k miles with a new belt and i never seen any rips on mine or signs of slowly wearing in. It was the same since the first time it was put on.

Well, I have gone a few miles with a sc so... Sometimes you can get wear on the edge of the belt and it doesnt mean something is wrong. If you are finding bolts and screws in your engine bay that is not bad unless they are not where there supposed to be. Maybe you should put them back and try some lock tight. If you have gone that many miles than your issue is prob minor. The bolts your finding might have a purpose and would prob be best if you put them back where they go.
The wearing of the belt does not always have to happen. Over a hundred thousand miles you might see this happen several times...

sometimes the oil return line will leak alittle if its not on really tight. Best way to fix that is by going under neath the car with flat head screw driver and try to tighten it. Clean that erea real good than you can get an idea of how much oil is coming from there. As long as there isnt any oil getting on the belt you should be ok
